3. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately upon payment verification and approval.
• Cutoff Time: Orders placed before our daily courier pickup window are packaged and dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.
• Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding major federal holidays).

As soon as your package leaves our secure fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email and SMS containing your official tracking number and a secure link to monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.
